Today's advice: plan ahead--specifically, plan far ahead. By this I mean, write a will now before it's too late. Now I know what you're thinking--another (baby*) lawyer telling me to get a lawyer, it's just a big scheme to get me to spend money, professional courtesy among sharks and all that--but this is really, sincerely good advice.
